Boost issue or something else?

While my 93 is down i bought my brother 94 fwd tsi
lets start with the mods : ported 02 , 3" exhaust back ,big 16g (not ebay) , 3" maf , maft , aftermarket boost gauge , a/f gauge , stage 3 clutch ,oem tob ,full suspension , forged bov (vented) fmic (3"in 3"out

Now my problem is , when rpm's go over 3000 it just revs , i have to rev let off rev let off just to get up to speed ..Did a blt no leaks , the clutch isn't slipping ..Turbo has no shaft play ...If i rev it to 4-6k rpms boost gauge will show 10psi , when i let off the bov goes off (if that matters)

The car ran perfectly fine yesterday , and today , It just started out of the blue i am at a lose on what to do or check now

EDIT :Just took it for a drive to make sure x200% , Clutch is not slipping.. If i take it easy ..It will drive fine no rev etc , but boost isn't coming that seems to be the problem when i try to go wot , it will spike to 10psi at about 6-7k rpms only ...

Are you positive the cluth isn't slipping? Is it fully engaging?

Clutch is fully engaging and is not slipping ...THATS 100% for sure ,

Does it do it in all gears?

So when you should be getting spool is it bogging really bad and not accelerating?

when i should be getting spool/boost , i am not showing boost , no bogging , no change ..Just no power , slow to gain speed because of no boost..If i just press the gas normal i will gain speed like a 50hp lawn mower ..

Are you going off the stock gauge or an aftermarket.
