boost cutting out

just finished putting the car back together about 2 weeks ago, whenever we hit boost it feels like it cuts out and hits a brick wall at about 5K. We had the mbc and it was boosting 9.3 b y the time it hit 5k, put the stock bcs on and now its hitting 14.1 but still does the same thing around 5k. took a video to help figure out what the problem is. it has a few mods, fmic w/ maft setup, 16g.

Resolved. The reason why the car was hesitating around 5K was because the rear mount for the driveshaft. One of the outer washers that holds the driveshaft up fell off causing the driveshaft to sag and not let it give full potential when it was under a lot of stress. Ended up getting some new washers and bolting it back up and now it goes all the way to 7K with little to no hesitation.
