okay,
so let me explain.
my car: catback exhaust 3" (no cat), stock o2 housing, and downpipe...intake..front mount intercooler with 3" piping,
stock turbo for this engine from japan (tdo4hl 13g), aftermarket BOV..

okay, before i changed the intercooler and bov, i was boosting at 11 psi,
i can still do that, but if i floor it, it creeps all the way to 21psi!! and about that time BAM! - fuel cut.
its so annoying.

the car idles fine, and runs good, but lets say if im idling and i rev it to high,
or just go down the rd, and after a boost, throw it in neutral and the rpms fall, sometimes it even stalls.
none of this happened before the intercooler or bov was installed.

ive heard things to check the IACV.. but honestly, idk where it is on this car.
ive replaced all the vaccum lines.
but there is this one line, when you rev it, it fluctuates..looks like its breathing or something..

im just really stumped, cause this car is so different=\
any help would greatly be appreciated.
and i have a boost controller, i turned it down all the way, of course it felt sluggish compared to what i was doing, but it was still creeping up!!
its so confusing, please help.

also, i just ordered a 190 lph fuel pump, and the v3 dsm link.
so if that could come into play.

hey!
about the boost leak, i dont know where to begin, or how to do it..
im sure theres threads, ill search.
and can anyone point me to a good thread to learn how to make my own boost leak tester?

and yes, its recirculating back into there.

You may have multiple issues... I would perform a boost leak check first.
Years ago I had to drill a bleader hole in one of my boost controller fittings to end my boost creep problem.
I started at .005" and worked by way up until boost creep was gone. (Mine is somewhere between .008 to .010") You can go buy a plastic double nipple vacuum fitting for your boost controller and drill that out, that way if you drill it out to big then you can easily replace it.
