My Manual boost controller fell apart on me, I will be going with a EBC in about 2-3 months but I need something in the meantime just to get me by. I don't want to invest to much into another manual one so, I want to know which of the two links there would be better suited. Or if anyone can suggest a better alternative.

You mean an EPROM with DSMLink? That'll work, an Evo 8/9 ECU will also work.
I'm not sure if the H8 ECU has boost control capabilities yet.

Ah, I do have an EPROM. I am sending it out for socketing etc.. soon, won't be running link for at least another year.. I only mildly tune it, just the simple stuff..

... So, until I get my EBC in the said amount of months, I just need a quick replacement boost controller instead of me having to remove boost controller lines and making it stock again..

Being that you don't have fuel mods you shouldn't be running over 13psi on the 16g. Just keep it at wastegate pressure until you get larger injectors. Anything more than 13psi and younger running at and over 100%IDC.

Hes going to a ebc soon he says. Why put down $100 on a hallman? Plus if you only have have light mods the cheapo $15 ebay specials work just fine. Or make one from a hardware store.

When I had my hallman on their before it vibrated off, it was turned right down. Had it set to like 8. Injectors and EPROM is on the way soon. its link that I won't be getting for a yr.
