Where driveshaft connects to differential

I believe this is the only one of those that isn't in the threads linked for you. You can find out its size here: OEM Part Number

It doesn't seem to have the bolt size for the driveshaft where it connects to the rear diff

The 1G article "is a compilation of most of the bolts, nuts, screws, or fasteners that are found in the 1G, 2.0L engine bay..." That's why. :)

Well, i feel like the trans bolts are longer than 40mm. Is it a sure thing that they're only 40mm?? M10 x 1.25 x 40mm

For my own information, since I assume you referenced the 1G bolt thread linked above for that, what made you assume that there was only a single bolt listed for the transmission to engine mounting bolts? Is there something that could be done differently with the format you might suggest? PM me if necessary.

Only one of the transmission bolts is 40mm long. One is 43.5mm, one is 65mm, and the bolt that goes through the rear ear on the engine block and threads into the transmission is a M8 x 1.25mm x 60mm long.
