2G Bogging and Bad Acceleration on 95 gst

Hello I have a 1995 eclipse gst. It bogs hard and pretty consistently when below 3000 rpm’s. After reaching above that it stops bogging but is still not accelerating as it should. So I was wondering if anybody knew any common causes of this?
