BLT results: gurgle burp dripping sound

Hi all,

I have a 95 gst with a big 16g. I did a BLT because I have tons of white smoke out my tail pipe. When I floor it I can emerse the car behind me in a white cloud. Plus I am getting horrible mileage like 23 highway. Here's my BLT results with tester on turbo inlet and oil cap off: a loud dripping sound and like gurgling and burping from the oil cap hole. Also turbo has 1mm side to side and 3mm in out play. I have no CEL's.

What does this mean?

Is my 16g is cooked?

If you have 3 mm in and out play, stick a fork in it - it's done.
