blowing white smoke under boost?

man today i did a turbo swap and put in a ported big 16g. every time i go under boost like 3lb + i blow white smoke like crazy. can you please help me with my problem?

Are you saying the smoke stops after you gets your r's up/over 3lb's of boost?

If this just started after the big16 install, I would say bad turbo. I will say after the last turbo change I did, it smoked white for a few miles, burning junk out.
