Block to head Dowels a bit beat up after removing them

They are not THAT bad, but wondering if I should just get some new ones anyways.

I have a part number of MS471111 for a 6 bolt. I hope that is right as well.

Yep, one of those common sense things but wasn't 1000 percent sure. Ordered them from my dealer.

Also how do I get them back in without destroying the new ones?

Tap them in with a brass hammer or some soft metal under a steel hammer.
