HAHAHAHAHA.....
Well after 3 short months of owning my GSX I lost the trans and probably the t-case. Had the car put on rollers and towed back to my house because the car just wouldn't move...even with the clutch engaged. Im assuming i broke my shifting rail? not sure about the t-case though.
So now, i want to rebuild my trans...but there are way too many options. In the evo all i had to do was go to shep and get the parts. (called shep....they dont make DSM parts anymore) However as i read, i cant seem to pinpoint a solution for a rebuild. TMZ, Rip, jacks all have rebuild kits (id do all the work myself) but i cant make a descision.
Im looking to be in the 550whp range, so i need the trans to be able to handle this (and lets be realistic, more in the future)
I cant seem to find the classifieds or else id be lookng for a used built trans.
what do you guys think my course of action should be.
