OK, here's the scenario. I was driving in 3rd gear at 4500 rpm and then i hit the gas and BANG!!! my flywheel blew apart. blew up my bellhousing, my clutch, pressure plate, put a hole in my rear bumper from the clutch fork, ripped the compressor housing off of my turbo and destroyed the turbine blades, destroyed my radiator and fans, ripped various hoses in the engine compartment to pieces, put a 2 inch dent in my firewall, put a hole in my front bumper,. HOW THE F*** DID THIS HAPPEN!!! i just had my engine rebuilt 2000 miles ago by altered atmosphere motorsports in gaithersburg maryland. engine rebuild consisted of pulling the engine out, doing pistons rods new crank and bearings, new injectors, timing belt and all the other normal rebuild pieces. I cant figure out how this happen. ok there are 7 bolts on the flywheel. the flywheel INSIDE of the 7 bolts is still there. everything around the bolts is on airpark rd somewhere. along with my clutch and bellhousing and various other engine pieces. any ideas how this happen?? please help

i recommend to EVERYONE that they get a scatter shield. I'm lucky i didnt lose a leg or something. and i'll upload some pictures as soon as i get up to the shop to take some.
