That goes between the fuel rail and the head. Its called the spacer.

when i took my rail these also fell off but i can only find two of them. thus i put those on the ends. is this ok? do need another one in the middle in order to run correctly?

You should get the third for the middle so you can securely tighten all the injectors down. You may get boost leaks around the injectors without it.
