That would be AWESOME if they did, but I guess you could always resort to the kamak 9 blade turbine. It sure would be nice to have those bigger blades though...

Talked Kamak already about it, the 9 blades were mentioned in this thread or "20g tdo6h record" thread, they said it would only be available if you purchase a CHRA from them.

Wow...how lame is that...although a Turbo builder/rebuilder i was talking to on here said he would get one for me when I was talking about my build with him. I don't know If he has a connection, or if he didn't realize they weren't available separately? I guess we'll see...

Just wanted to update you guys in this thread on this seller in case anyone was on the fence about the seller.

I recieved mine today, it shipped quick, the seller provided good communication, a tracking number and the wheel is exactly what was listed.

Just holding the billet wheel in my hand compared to the ebay lightweight cast 20g wheel (I also have) I can tell the billet is heavier (as Justin has said on many occassions). This billet 20g wheel has thin fins just like the factory 20g wheel (and certain versions of ebay cast 20g wheels). The billet wheel also has a thinner center section, even thinner then the lightweight ebay cast wheels. But one thing to keep in mind is this biillet wheel has a slightly taller inducer (52.65mm) then factory inducer spec (52.5mm) 20g wheel.

The seller has listed 4 more for the same price, 3 left.

This weighs 62g also, but it is not lighter then the ebay cast lightweight wheel. At least not the ebay cast lightweight version 20g wheel I have with the thin blades and center.

No markings what so ever, just a balance mark on the back of the wheel. Its from that new ebay seller I put above. The billet wheel is ball milled, similar to snail turbo billet wheels (same spec to ). I'd almost be willing to bet that all these billet wheels on the market are manufactured by the same 1 or 2 places to whatever specs, then rebadged and packaged for companies.

Like I said the one I have has a .15mm bigger inducer then a factory 20g wheel.

your wheel cant have a bigger inducer than the stock wheel. it wouldnt be a stock replacement for a 20g if it was. the wheel you have is way different than the KTS 20g. your blade is same as regular 20g but with smaller hub. so blades are wider toward hub side. the KTS blades are wider, taller, and longer (ie they rap around hub more so you cant see smaller blades looking into turbo inlet) its also made of killer alloy and weighs 60.5 grams even though the blades are thick and big. plus your blade has big machine lines on face of blade. KTS is machined like a mirror.

I know for a fact that many of the reported inducer gains is height, not width. If this is the case, a larger reported inducer may actually be the same size, but "extrapolated" out to be a larger size... Extended tip doesn't mean larger inducer, even if it means larger consumption. Turbo retailers cater to the lowest common denominator, so blame those Subaru nerds...

Any how I never said it was drop in or any other info on how it performed. Its kind of hard to give that info when my 20g is bolted on my car. What I did give is my impression of the seller, the item in hand and what the seller advertised. Along with a killer price for a billet 20g wheel.

Your right, I see my mistake now and can see where the arguement came from. I was off 1 decimal point from what I meant to post. I meant to put to put .15mm instead of 1.5mm which would basically make it pretty much stock replacement. Trying to surf the forums and watch the bowl game for the loss.

FYI, the seller was correct, I was the one who typed it down wrong.

I just received my new KTS 18G billet wheel a few days ago - thanks so much to this thread I picked it up for $70.01 shipped! Always wanted a billet bastard but could never afford! Picked up my MHI E316G for $20, rebuilt it & replaced turbine. Been running great ever since.

Anyone have a 18G compressor cover they want to get rid of? Gotta say this thing is looking pretty damn sweet just sitting on my desk though, looks SICK - hate to hide it under that compressor cover but can't wait to try it.

You should know, that your comparing a garret compressor wheel to a billet 20g wheel. That looks like an older FP green compressor wheel. The inducer measurements are pretty close. Im not sure about the exducer though. It will most likely make boost but the compressor housing isnt machined for the 20g compressor wheel.

IMHO. the KTS for 135 shipped or even more would have been worth the extra coin over this cheap ebay 20g. that poorly machine blade does not exite me at all. I have not seen any maxed out results yet for either wheel but my guess would be we will see very close to 500 whp from the KTS wheel while this ebay billet 20g (dont know who makes it) will likely struggle to hit 450whp . I would have chosen the KTS 18g over it as well. I have that wheel here on it kills the mitsu 20g in blade size. weighs just 59 grams too.

whoever stated there is only two places making billet wheels isnt very obsevant. I have seen like a dozen different billet 20g designs now. there are cnc machines all over the world cranking wheels out.

dont know what you are saying? the two wheels in the pics are 20g. the one on left is original 20g. the one on right is KTS 20g (non extended tip version)
