Well I am doing a pretty big build and pretty much positive im going with a 35hta. I have looked through all the threads about the heads and have come up with this.
The 2g head obviously has a better velocity and would be better for midrange size builds but, because of the fact that it just can't flow as much air as the 1g, the 1g head would be a better fit for a big turbo.
I am wondering if it would be worth the time/money to get the 2g head ported out to the same/similar size as the 1g so it flows with similar characteristics? Or, should I just stick with the 1G head that I already have sitting around and just take it to the machine shop and have him go to work on it(5 angle valve job, 1mm over,...etc.)
This is going to be on a 6 bolt built bottom end. Also a JMF SMIM. and 1150cc FIC's
