Big T28 turbine housing question

Ok so i have this big t28 with small cracks in the turbine housing. They are not very big, but still worries me.
I also have my old t25 with no cracks whatsoever, and i was wondering if i could exchange housings.

I know they are the same piece and i know they would theoretically fit right in, the real question is if the turbine housing is machined just like the compressor housing is, and if the 9 blade wheel is the same diameter as the 11 blade wheel.

Mines had same cracks since I've owned it...4years...no problems

They're the same housing- you would need the T25 housing machined, however.
