Big T28 Guys With 550's And Safc... I Could Use Some Advice.

Started Tuning This Evening With The Safc. My Lo Settings Are -5 Across The Board. Im Logging With Palm-n-stien. The Fuel Trims Are Staying At 0 So I Think Im Good There. Now My Hi Settings Im Started Base At -14 And It Seems To Be Running Pig Rich. I Realize These Are With Narrowband O2 But Befor It Was Staying Around 0.96-0.97 All The Way Across. Curious As To What Settings Others Are Running... And I Know Every Car Will Be Different!!

450/550 - 1 = - 0.18181818.... or -18%

To be on the safe side, have your low and high settings at -10 across the board and tune from there ( @10psi settings).

If your STFT is at 0 than leave your low's alone.

Your definitly rich up top, take out 5% and do another pull.

alright im gonna try to pull some more logs today. I did notice that as I was leaning out the top of the hi settings it was starting to run better. Also Wimploki I printed that thread befor I started and throughly read it. also used rre's page. Thanks guts

Dont have my loger with me. Im slowly getting it there. Right now Im at -19 on the Hi TH from 5000-7000rpms. Seems to pull good and timing curve is good along with EGT'S. Now I just need to get the 3000-5000 range and Im in business. Thanks for the help. Im tuning it at 21PSi. I did about 6 hard pulls the other evening when it was humid 85* F! The stock smic was still cool enough to touch so I think Im good there?
