so im looking to rebuild my big 16g turbo for my 98 gst, was wondering if i should upgrade it to bastard 20g or evo 3 and it will be my daily driver.

Concerning what? You're not going to get 45 lb/min from a Small 16G, and you're not bolting a Kinugawa compressor with a 68mm exducer on a turbo which has a center housing cut for a wheel with a 60mm exducer.
Not without being machined, no.my question pertains to the fact of the wheel and cover you posted physically fits a small 16g chra.
I honestly have no idea what you're talking about here.I didn't ask about wheel dynamics, which here, an external gate can manipulate turbine size when properly set up.
