I have pte 680cc Injectors,Rewired walbro 190,93 octane,big 16g turbo clipped and ported,ported o2 ported 2g mani,stock cams,arp bolts threwout,3" intake,2g mafs,3" dp 3" exhaust!

I was wondering if its enough for 22-24psi? If i wanted to push more then 24psi would i need a bigger pump and injectors? I have a custom erpom ecu chip for my mods now but i do plan on getting dsmlink the chip has:8000rpm rev limit,680cc injector compensation and deadtime, 2g mas compensation, custom fuel and timing maps. Octane reset, fuel cut removed. My wideband reads 10.8-11.1 at 22-24psi.

That will be fine....but i seriously wouldnt mess with it without dsmlink. You really need to monitor knock.

That still didnt answer all my questions anybody else?

How did that not answer your question?? I said it should be fine. Are you looking for someone to tell you your gonna be safe turning up the boost?? You should have plenty of fuel with that set up BUT your asking a pretty broad question that honestly, you should be able to figure out on your own. If you have no way to monitor fuel or knock, you shouldnt be screwing with boost. Simple as that. Generic fuel maps are stupid as every car has a different combination of mods therefoevery car needs a specific tune.

I perfer the 255, but you should be fine with the 190.. 680"s should also be more then enough to max out that turbo on pump. But like Empie said, I wouldn't mess with raise the boost without a good source of tuning, that's just if you want to play it safe.

Yeah man get a stand alone, or piggy back tuning program to monitor so your car doesn't go boom!

A fancy chip in a stock ECU is a 'standalone' now? OK.

AEM EMS, Motec, MS, etc are what you'd call standalone engine management.

Yes it is a standalone Engine Management System (EMS). It does not rely on the existence of another component to function. It runs all of it's code independently of any other processing unit.

You are confusing hardware for functionality of software. AEM designs there own motherboard and uses a processor and memory to execute functions. ECM did it the smart way. The used the existing motherboard and memory and just inserted there own chip. By doing it that way, a full customizable software cost half of what AEM charges.

Same function, different methods.

IDK about the pump, but you shouldn't ever need bigger injectors for that for a 16G on gas.

For tuning, just get a chip burner or emulator and you can tune it without spending much money.

You definitly need bigger than stock injectors for 20+ psi on a b16g. I was close to maxing my stock injectors out at 16psi with 264s.

I guess you learn something new everydayy LOL

That's a good thing.;)

Fuel tuning devices are up into two categories: piggy-backs and standalones.

Piggy backs interrupt and modify the fuel and sometimes O2, ignition, etc. signals BEFORE and AFTER they go to and from the factory ECU. Like the AEM FIC.

A Standalone Systems generates and receives the signals entirely on their own. Like the AEM EMS.

OWNED!! LOL
:applause:

Get a way to monitor knock, all that and no wideband, tuning device? It looks good but what is a nice list of mods if you cant tune the car?

If you're looking to get 20+ psi, make sure you have apr studs for extra security.
