Better block 6Bolt vs 7Bolt

Hey i have a few questions. I have both a 6bolt and 7 bolt turbo block. I plan on building a stroker motor so the rotating assemblies wont matter. I just want to know which blocks are better the 6bolt or the 7 bolt? I have heard that the 6 bolts are a little stronger but i have also heard that the 7bolt is lighter and flows oil better.

6 bolt block is better and it has oil squirters under each cylinder and actual 6 bolt has no issues with crankwalk

This has been discussed here more times than I'd like to know. Please use the search feature before posting a new thread. There's bound to be a few dozen "6-bolt vs. 7-bolt" threads that show up.
