2G Best intercooler piping kit

I'm looking for a budget friendly kit to use with my mishimoto intercooler.

Not sure there is a dedicated kit for that kind of intercooler that’s premade, but honestly get a small bead roller and a universal piping kit and make your own. Shouldn’t need any crazy bends. One 90* coupler for the turbo, maybe two 90* couplers for the end tanks themselves, possibly a 45* coupler for the upper IC pipe. The rest would just be straight pipe. Cut and fit and then just roll the bead on them. You can also use crimping pliers to do a ghetto bead. Lol.

Ok I gotcha, but is there like a bolt on kit that yall recommend, I looked at the one thats from that place in Canada but its a little pricey.

I am assuming you are talking about RTM. I believe that is your best bet for availability right now.

You might source an ETS core and then just buy the piping kit from archer. Which is very nice looking pipe. But without checking prices, I bet RTM is cheaper.

Agreed. I personally would’ve just bought the short route kit that RTM sells but not my car.

Direct drop in intercooler pipe kits are non existent unless they’re designed to be used with a specific core. Unfortunately, no one offers a direct kit to be used with that core pictures especially being that inlet style has become far less common as the “back door” (tank inlets facing in towards the engine bay) style has become much more popular for us as they fit better, involve less piping and hacking of things and less couplers and bends. If you’re dead set on using that core you’d have to make up the piping yourself, as finding a direct kit for that style would be a long shot as if it was ever offered it hasn’t been offered in a long time.

After researching and the fact that I'm a decent pipe fitter when it comes to construction work, im sure that I can make up my own shit, but I already have enough going on with this car, I don't need to many irons in the fire

Honestly the SSAC kit RTM sells is superior anyway. Short route, piping fits, core is big AF too.

Even being a cheap China job the SSAC kit performs well and has been used in many cases for years now, would be a good investment. It’s hard to say without seeing dimensions but that Mishimoto core looks so small in the picture that if it is the case it would’ve been a lot of headache fitting it up for little benefit over the stock intercooler.
