BCS Help

OK guys, I bought my car like this so let me know what I need to do. My car has the hose from the wastegate T to the intake mani and bov. I thought it was supposed to T to the bcs. I have an hks bov vented. If I hook the line back into the bcs what do I need to hook into the bov? Anything? The line on my intake tube is blocked off do I need to hook that back up too. Guys I need help asap, I wanted to go to the street legals tonight but want to get this figured out first. Thanks.

ok guys, I hooked everything up like this:

And nothing on the bov. The bov now makes a sound like a flutter instead of a psh sound. Do I need to hook the bov up to something? Guys please help asap so I can figure this out.
