Battery question....Need a quick response!

My battery is dead, and I need to jump the heap off to get it into the garage. Will this damage any of the electronics in the car (including aftermarket stuff)?

As long as it wasnt an optima, your good to go!! Mine crapped out when I jumped it.

Everything is fine now, I jumped it off and got it into the garage yesterday evening. I will post pics after I tear it down and put it back together again.
