hey guys, getting my build near to completion and i have a used turbo fuel pump but im weary about the reliability along the road, ive looked up a few walbros. will the 190 hold up for my power output..

currently i have is a NON TURBO 94 eagle talon,

My build consists of a 6 bolt swap with 2g pistons, 8.5:1, stock turbo from 1g (14b) models, 450 injectors, nothing really modified, trying to keep it a stock turbo set up until i can get it running like a turbo until further modifications.

thanks in advance

A 190 will be enough for what you have listed. It makes sense to do a 255 and do it once but they over run the stock regulators. If you want to change the regulator out then do a 255, if not then go with the 190

Will be more than fine with a 190, like mentioned above, you will need an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator if using a 255.

bad info you DO NOT need an afpr to run a 255 i have been running one for years with the stock regulator with no issues and this is now my 3rd dsm like this, 2) 1G's and my 2G spyder GSX

Just because you never needed a fpr doesn't mean the other infinite amount of people on this website don't either.

Stick with the 190 for now, you'll be happy with just having a turbo car for awhile. Later on you can always resell the 190 and move up if needed.
