base timing 2.5 degree.

Hi my base timing is 2.5 degree is this normal ? I ground the timing connector to ECU with v3 link .My idle its 750rpm and I don’t have any boost leaks.I know its should be 5 degree but its also say that’s its +-3degree.And my car is 2g 97 and I think I cant fix it whit crank angle sensor.

Did you see 2.5* from using a timing light?

I'd also put your car at TDC and check the crank pulley, as it may have slightly separated. At TDC, the white notch on the pulley should be around the 10-11 o'clock area, lining up with the T marking on the lower timing belt cover.

Yes i use a timing light.
The crank pulley look fine.
Do i have to take out the timing belt and do it over again?
I got hks adj.cam gears can i fixed from over there?
