2G Balance Shaft

Has anyone noticed a vibration in the engine when you take out the balancing shaft?
When I was driving my car and let off the gas theres a vibration that travels from the front to the rear of the car. Its not the drive shaft and differential.
Help.

A slight vibration is normal. Search and you shall see.

its more then a slight vibration. like a loud humming/roaring sound.

Freedom of choice dude, its up to you. Only you can answer that question, there is enough information on the subject in the forums, go ahead and do a search and see for yourself

Please note that there are two balance shafts in the engine.
The upper one is in the front and driven off the balance shaft belt. The lower one is in the rear and is part of the oil pump driven off the timing belt.

Both should be eliminated at the same time.
