Allright guys I am sorry to bring another BS question to the table but I need to shed some light on a subject. I bought a brand new oem front case with the bs elimination kit. The kit comes with two bearings, the stubby shaft, and a cap. I knocked the one bearing with the oiling hole out of the block and replaced it with one that came in the kit. Then I pulled the seal out of the front case that was for the balance shaft and jb welded the cap in all pretty.
Next I put the stubby shaft in with permanent loc-tite and torqued to 30 ft lbs. Anyway I'm sure I completed the removal correctly but I have one bearing left over in the kit, where the hell does it go? It is smaller than the one used to block the oil hole. It's a 1G 6 bolt if that matters.

i didnt buy a kit, my mechanic just manually covered the hole by turning the circular bearing with the hole in it like 90 degrees to where the holes ( near the oil pump section ) didnt line up so that it couldnt leak oil. ( basically what the kit does ) I just tried to explain this on another tread, did that make sense?
 
damn, I coulda swore there wasn't a hole in that bearing yesterday. I rubbed around and couldn't find or see the hole. When I finally found it the hole was WAY smaller than the one at the front. I mean this thing was about 1/16". Was it suppose to be this small?
 
What does it matter, you have to replace that bearing as well anyway :)
But you will need to take out the front bearing now again and replace it after you replace the rear bearing, otherwise you can't get the rear bearing through.

Or at least I couldn't.
