OK has anyone done a Balance Shaft Eliminator Kit Install On a 2g Eclipse. I saw how to do it on a 1G But not a 2G are they the same

follow the directions from the 1g, and you should be fine

Yes, the method is the same for both generations.

The timing marks when you do the timing belt job are different as are some of the timing belt related parts, but for all intensive purposes the process of eliminating the shafts is the same.
