I purchased a block from someone, got it machined, and installed my crank and pistons.

THEN AND ONLY THEN ,did i remember to check to ensure he did the balance shaft removal correct.

Welp, he blocked off 2 bearings right but not the one that on the left of the block in the rear. (Yes this is one i need to flip. Jafro said so :))

He also didn't give me the balance shafts, what is the easiest way to get this out so that I can flip it and reinstall it blocking the oil passage?

Upon further examination i noticed that it looks like it was already beat out but installed in a direction that looks like it is in the oil gally but it may not be.

Look at the pics below, what do you think?
