Bad when its cold...?

I have been a sputtering and popping problem lately
But its been kinda warm until this morning. I got out of my driveway and when i was in second i hit abut 5lbs. and my car started popping again and i lost almost all of the power. I did however notice two cracks in the exhaust manifold . The more i went down the road the problem went away and as the car warmed up, although it still happens around 8-11lbs. Would those cracks do this? AND how do i fix this?

Cracks in the exhaust manifold _could_ possibly cause your problem.

It sounds more like an intake leak to me though, which cold air will really aggravate.

Do an intake leak test, then get back to us
