Bad idle after partial cool down

Hey guys. So let's say I park my car for 15 mins, or an hour, whatever...enough time for the car to cool down partially. When I start it up, it idles like crap until the car is at full operating temp. The idle is perfect at all other times. What can this be? I have checked plugs, vacuum leaks, and just overall stuff in the engine bay.

Search for information on your ISC (idle speed control(ler) motor).

You should find a way to test it and diagnose symptoms but that is what it sounds like to me.
