Bad idle, revs up and down????

just got my new motor in and running and when the car is idling after like 4 or 5 minutes it starts to rev from like 2000-500 and keeps doin it, after a while it just dies. i have new spark plugs in it

do i have a vac leak or is something seriously wrong????

Either a vac leak or a bad ISC servo.

i think i might have found the problem, i think the uicp popped off, cuz when i put it back on and tighted it hasnt done that
