Ok so I've kinda thrown this around and no one seems to pick up on it. So if anyone could help me solve it I would be thankful. I bought this car with a broken slave cylinder, me and my brother replaced the slave, bled it, ect. but this is the problem.. Driving my car short distances is fine. But if I drive it anything more than that the clutch gets ungodly stiff, and my car won't go into gear. If we bleed it it'll work for a while but will eventually get stiff.. My question is: is the slave bad? Master cylinder bad? If it gets stiff and I let it sit over night it'll be fine in the morning. It isn't the stock clutch, its a stage 2 clutch, but the guy I bought it from said the clutch needed adjusted. So Idk if that could be attributing to this. Any help would be nice!!

The master is adjusted wrong. It isn't releasing the fluid, that is why if feels so stiff. This is rather common on 2g's. Loosen up the rod a bit.

Been there. Done that. DSMs aren't BMWs. I drove a M3 once. It was like a surgical instrument. Every millimeter of travel on brake pedal, clutch, shifter etc had an immediate action. Not so much with DSMs. They can be modified to be like that but 2G DSMs like at least a inch of free play at the top of the travel or it pumps up.

Since Its slipping/pumping up does that mean I should be expecting crankwalk anytime soon?.... My engine does make a ticking noise sometime... car only has 100k miles on it and I have a feeling that crankwalk might get it... :'(

There's nothing to adjust in any part of the system except at the pedal inside the car. In this statement I'm not including any hardware changes like spacers, longer rods etc. I'm talking without taking anything apart. Just clutch adjustment to get rid of pump up. To do that you back it off at the clutch pedal assembly inside the car.

You need a 10mm open end wrench, a light source and possible some needle nose pliers to spin the piston in case it won't move by hand.

I had the same axact issue you have after I installed a new clutch I adjusted the rod under the dash and it went back to normal.you have to play with it till you find the sweet spot
