bad clutch?

My clutch has pressure and feels nice but it lets off all the way at the top and it doesnt feel like it grabs like it should to me but it shifts fine do u think its time for a new clutch or what?

This is for a 1G tho...but maybe if you search around you can find a how-to for a 2G (I didnt see any on VFAQ),
