1G Bad Capacitors?? Pics Inside

so my TPS on my SAFC was stuck at 100% because of my ecu..i switched my turbo ecu out and put my non turbo ecu in and my TPS reads fine now...so i took off the cover off my ecu and looked at the motherboard and i see brown stuff right next to one of the capacitors..also i duno what it is (dont think its a capacitor) but it looks like it cracked..anyways will the leaky capacitor mess up my ecu ?

take a look at these pics and tell me if i should get another ecu or replace the capacitors...

I'd replace them. Do they have a fishy smell? My capacitors were messed up even though I couldn't see anything wrong with them, but the smell was there. Leaking capacitors will definitely cause your ECU to act funny.
