My AGP T28 is leaking oil massively, and I dont believe its from the feed or return. Beau suggested that the feed could be under some pressure and is spraying oil, which is possible since theres a small puddle of oil around the feed line going into the turbo if I check it. I tried to tighten it up, but I couldnt get it to budge. Turbo has ABSOLUTELY NO in and out play, and MINIMAL side to side. I do remember seeing some smoke one night in my rear view mirror during a WOT pull, but could that just be from my cat-less exhaust?

*EDIT* I forgot to mention that the turbo builds boost just fine and holds strong.

Have someone sit and free rev while you look under the hood and try to spot exactly where it's coming from.
It looks like it maybe coming through the bolts holding down the return line.

I had oil leaks from the return flange bolts, fixed it with 2 crush washers.
Good luck.

Check your oil feed line. It may have become loose some how or is broken. I would check it it out. Clean up all the oil and run it. Check for leaks from the top down. To me it doesn't look like the return line it at fault.

it doesnt look like the return to me either. i guess the feed may be letting out some oil and its traveling down and causing what you see above. tonight i got a few lucky turns on the oil feed with the help of some lithium grease. put the car back together, took her for a spin so ill see in the morning if that did anything..I also added some copper rtv around the edges. do you guys think a ss line would help any?

sucks...i just got finished (its 3:08am) and i gotta wake up pretty early. work at 9.

again, the turbo boosts PERFECT and doesnt make any wierd sounds or anything. there's NO in and out shaft play and BARELY ANY side to side.

I think its the feed line from the picture because it appears that oil is leaking down past the water lines onto the oil return tube. Clean it all up with a degreaser and check as eboy0 said. Consider replacing the steel line (I'm assuming you still have stock) with a SS line.

Pull the lines off of the turbo and inspect that everything is in good condition. Once you verify that nothing is cracked or broken than reinstall with new gaskets and crush washers. I had one of my oil feed banjo bolts crack on me which caused a leak. Since the crack was down where the threads were I had to pull everything off before I could figure out why it was leaking. Since it cracked it no longer had the same holding power and oil was able to leak out. It was a simple fix but an annoying one.

Maybe time for a SS feed line. My oil inlet would leak on my 14b all the time. I could not fix the damn thing. I tried everything. Finaly I tapped the thing to 1/4 npt and made it a male -4an for my feed line. Works great just make sure you get the metal shavings out of there. If you dont want to pay for ss line napa can make 3000 psi hydrolic lines that are steel braided for about 20 bucks that will work great.

I would agree that the oil feed is likely the problem. Silicone is not a great idea as it doesn't tend to last in the harsh environment. Hot oil is not its friend.
