Hey everyone, so I finished up the swap a few weeks ago and didnt get to drive it due to the snow. It moved fine so I figured everything was A-ok. I went out for a drive today and found a pretty large problem. The car grabs as if the wheel is hanging up in the back. I threw it on the lift to see how the tires were spinning. This is what I found:
1)Spinning the rear drivers side does nothing but spin the pass. rear in the opposite direction
2)Spinning the rear pass. side spins the front pass. side same direction (in neutral, no fronts in gear)
3) Spinning the front tires spin both fronts and pass. side rear tire( in neutral only fronts in gear)
Also you can push the car until a certain point and it just grabs (not in gear or ebrake on). After not being able to push it I jacked it up and noticed the rear tire grabbing and spinning until it was off the ground then spun freely. It seems like gearing or something.
There is a matching AWD trans and Tcase (early 2g) with a non lsd rear. Thanks for any help my knowledge of how the rear awd parts work is small at best.
