So I got a new harness for 50$ locally, only problem is that it is from a 96 Automatic Spyder GST. I noticed another connector on the tranny similar to the one that connects to the fuse box.

And of course the 2 connectors for the TCU under the dash.

And I noticed the reverse light sensor is different.

So basically, do I need to do anything special besides rewiring the reverse light sensor to run this harness?

I would actually like to leave the TCU harness in for now as I plan to switch to a Automatic AWD in the future.

Your going to need to jump the neutral safety switch. Its on a larger connector on the trans.

The reverse light wires and the neutral/park switch are on the same plug. The reverse lights are 2 thin red wires and park switch wires are thick and black(depending on the year). When you bypass the park switch, you'll lose the cruise control.

The TCU, just forget it - leave the plugs dangle in the dash
