2G Manual ecu with auto wiring harness

I have a 95 gsx e prom manual ecu
With a 95 auto engine and fuse box wiring harnesses
Would it run fine or?

Manual Ecu works on both. If it’s a factory auto car has a TCU anyways for the trans. Manual and auto engines used the same injectors. Only the 1g the auto had smaller turbo and injectors. Have owned both.

Do I have to by pass anything
I was thinking it wouldn’t run because ones manual and another is auto

Which is the park and neutral position sensor
