2G Manual ECU with auto wiring harness

I have a 95 GSX manual EPROM ECU with a 95 auto engine and fuse box wiring harnesses.
Will it run fine or not?

Manual ECU works on both. If it’s a factory auto car has a TCU anyways for the trans. Manual and auto engines used the same injectors.

Only the 1g the auto had smaller turbo and injectors. Have owned both.

I understand. So would everything be fine ?
Do I have to bypass anything, I was thinking it wouldn’t run because ones manual and another is auto

Which is the park and neutral position sensor
Maybe I can bypass it
