Auto to Manual Swap, Car won't turn over

I'm sure this has been answered here, but I seem to only be able to get CLOSE to finding it. I am putting a Manual trans in an auto 92 1G Talon. I'm pretty sure I have everything hooked up at this point, but when I turn the key nothing happens. I'm thinking it's something to do with a park safety switch or clutch switch or whatever. I could not find anywhere to plug in the switch on the clutch that is closest to the firewall. After some other research I was under the impression you could just leave it unplugged. Any help is greatly appreciated, Thank You!

There are 2 wires that need to be jumped on the auto harness park/neutral safety switch plug...(this plug is located in the engine bay on your auto harness)
If they are not jumped it will not let the starter engage.
