Car won't turn over

So, I changed out my headgasket after blowing it. I put everything back to where it should be, and now it wont turn over.

1.I have spark and fuel.
2.Changed out my ecu for a known working one, and still didn't help.
3.No leaky caps.
4.I went over all the electrical plugs, and I'm sure they are all plugged in.
5.Checked timing, might be off by 1 notch, but I don't think that should make it not start (having timing redone by professinol I think I screwed it up, and don't have much time anymore)

So what else should I check?

Are you sure the CAS isn't 180* out?

Did you seperate the CAS from the head during the HG job? If so, unbolt the cas and rotate it 180* then try again.

Yeah I did, Ill try this tommorow. Should I just flip the whole thing over, or just turn the inside part?

Sorry for the newbie questions, I don't get these things.
