I am at a loss here 1999 eclipse gs.
I was driving my car to class one day and all the sudden the horn started blowing. I pulled over disconnected the battery then unhooked the horn. When the horn started blowing the heater motor stopped. After class I drove the car home and parked it, noticing the windows wouldn't roll up. Started the car up next day and moved it beside the house, the next day I went out and turned the ignition switch and got nothing. no power inside the car. I started checking fuses under the hood. everything checks out good and I have power under the hood to everything except the radio fuse. I started checking fuses inside the car and nothing blown but have no power at all to the fuse block. I have changed the ignition switch, battery and started checking grounds everything seems to be good but still the car will not turn over with the key, I jumped the starter and it turns over but won't fire. I'm guessing because the car seems to have no power from ignition switch. I'm at a loss here and could really use some advice. i noticed during the search several people have almost the same problem but still no fix yet.

Problems:
no gauges
no heat/ac blower
no power windows
no sunroof
no blinkers
no power under the dash
What works:
headlights
hazard lights
