ARP head torqueing

I have several heat cycles on my new motor with approximately 100 miles on it. When to do the retorguing and to what what ft.lbs. My understanding of friction tells me it takes alot more torque to start a nut moving then to keep one in motion. So does one loosen the ARP hardware some and then tighten to some given ft.lbs in a smooth single motion?

You can retorque after just one heat cycling. To retorque, Loosen each nut 1/2 turn and retorque to the same specs. Just do 1 at a time or you risk loosing the seal of the hg. There is no need to relube each because even after 1000 miles, the moly lube stays in the threads of the nut. If you pay attention, You will see that the nut will take anywhere from 1/8-1/4 turn more than originally.
