im finishing up my rebuild, but im stuck on this last thing,,,, my tensioner pulley dosnt seem to be spinning. it grinds on the tnsioner arm bracket, and on the water pump(pulley is new) now my question is ....are the pulleys for a 6 bolt the same as a 7 bolt motor. i know the ideler pulleys are diffrent but what about the tensioner? and if thet are then why in the hell is the pulley making contact?

JNZTuning had the part number : [MD182537] for 95-99 turbo dsm
http://www.jnztuning.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=21_90_94&products_id=33
and part number : [MD129355] for 90-94 turbo dsm

Of the other few websites I checked out they had different parts listing for the tensioner pulley. Slowboy was the only one I found that didn't... Don't really know the answer if there the same/swappable. You cant just get the "7bolt one"?
