Are RM sways the stiffest? Still too much body roll.

The car rides on the springs. Mine has very little roll, and I'm on stock sways.

I noticed your profile only lists the rear RM sway bar, is that still accurate? It is irrelevant how "puny" the RM bars look vs RX-8 bars, the rear bar increases stiffness 80% vs. the oem piece, that's significant to say the least.

If you want a larger (stiffer) rear say bar RRE makes a "custom" version.

If you are on stock sways your car has a significant amount of roll I don't cars what springs or dampers you have.

Also, does anybody have an answer about h&r race springs?

Will Tokico Blue dampers be able to control that H&R spring?

If you are on stock sways your car has a significant amount of roll I don't cars (sic) what springs or dampers you have.

My suspension setup is nothing special, especially when compared to those I run against. Just the basic parts I can (sometimes can't) afford. But it's not thrown together with no thought. I have zero track time on the setup (I may end up with aftermarket sways, I just don't know yet), but I'm working as hard as I can in order to make my March Superlap date. It's going to be very close.

If I do manage to make it, I'll be delighted to show you the video of the car on r-comps, running the track as fast as my meager skills allow. At that time you can judge for yourself what significant roll looks like.

I stand behind what I said.

I have the worst body roll still with my setup.. I'm looking for some Koni Yellows at the moment and am gonna have Hyperco make me springs. I'm getting way too much over-steer and the body roll sometimes causes the ass-end to almost want to break loose on corners..

I really recommend you think again about lowering your car and inspecting how much suspension travel you really have, and how much you will lose with the lowering you are going after.

Definitely follow ACM's advice above. Read it closely, as he made some of his suggestions rather softly yet they are very critical. Doing this wrong is very common (I was guilty at one time) and learning the hard way is expensive and potentially dangerous.
