Are 240SX fast?

A buddy of mine has one from 1991(155hp stock), it has hks full intake, 2.5 exhaust with resonator, nismo fuel injection system and some other goods, no turbo, headers and such.

Will i be able to keep up with him in my stock 95 GST??
I have read 240sx are RWD so that will be to his advantage also.

hah aya man me an my friends useta do that all the time in my old beater fwd(a pos pontiac). the thing had like 80 hp but it would whip around like crazy!smooth wet pavement is all you need and a pair of trays.
