hey guys im new to this whole tuner stuff. i have a 1990 eagle talon tsi awd and i have a safcII valve. when i bought the car there was no instructions with it. how do i "tune" my safc for my car?

A search might be able to give you more info, but

1. Set your %throttle for low and high throttle

2. Then go to settings and which ever throttle (low or high) that you want.

3. Then you take away or add full according to what your logger is telling you.

If it came in your car then it is probably already tuned. So unless you have a logger I wouldn't suggest touching it, especially if you don't know much about how it works. Try searching on here like I said to find out the science behind an SAFC.

heres a few check list for the intial settings:

cylinders : select the 4 , arrow pointing North East
Sensor : karmen
Hi - Lo throttle: 80 hi, 30 lo
NE points are up to you .. but you can use the usual 800, 1200, 1600, 2000, 2400... etc
and just correct for whatever your injector size you have...
and just keep on eye on wideband and logger... you do have these too right ?
