Ok sorry my brain is fried tring to figure this out I know how to adjust the + and - for the car settings I just put a new fuel filter on my car I couldn't blow threw the other one what its doing now is at idle the a/f is 11.4 and if I give it any throtle it bogs and blows black smoke if I floor it and let it come up to the 2 step it will bog till 5 grand when it starts getting into the boost it drops the a/f mix to 10.9 but runs fine at hi rpm so do I need to put the low rpms into the negative to bring the a/f up at idle

Ok so do I adjust the low throttle setting with it also or leave it at 30% on the low setting and 70% at hi throttle

I would leave the throttle points alone. I would start out with the low settings and tune the idle, than go drive it at low throttle and check the different rpm's for a/f ratio and tune from there. Than i would go do a few wot pulls and see what the hi settings look like. IT looks like your old filter was clogged and you were compensating for it by adding fuel before, now that it is opened up more fuel is coming thru causing it to richen back up.

Ok so I just go into the low throttle setting leave it alone at the 30% for the setting but go to the servings on the low bring it down to about 1000 rpm spot and just minus it all the way across the low throtle setting till it leans out
