apexi boost solenoid vacuum lines

i have a apexi boost control solenoid and a need to know what vacuum line goes where on it...i know the vacuum line coming of the wastegate and a vacuum line of the intake goes to it but does it matter what line goes where on the solenoid??one spot on the solenoid says com and the other says on...or does it even matter...
