What are the details of it? I might be willing to trade you my nice and running 93 laser RS turbo if you can tow yours up here.

hey guys sorry for the delayed reply i didnt subscribe to the dam thread LOL heres everything i have done

heres what i have done to my 4g63t 6bolt 1g and still it will not fire/start

changed plugs
changed plug wires
changed fuel filter
changed resistor pack
changed the sensor on the intake manifold
swapped out fuel injectors to 450cc
retimed the car and changed the timing belt and pulley belts

The injectors have 12volts and the fuel pump is working and getting fuel to the fuel rail and they are pulsing

i checked the plugs and they are firing

the CAS seems to be working properly (has power also when you unplug it and plug it back in it reads and sounds like its adjusting plus the fuel pump kicks on and i pulled it out and hand cranked it and everything sounded like it was working)

im not to sure what else i can do at this point anyone?

does it even try to turn over? are you getting any combustion at all, did you do a compression test. all you need for combustion is fuel, air, spark, and compression. even if the timing is off you should get somthing. Did you check the fuel pressure?

thats true unless the ignition timing is off that bad it might not start but compression test it and let us know

i have retimed the car by the timing belt and have moved the CAS in different positions and still nothing

i have been trying to get a ride to autozone for 2 days now to rent that dam compression tester LOL but i have a ride for sure now but thats later tomorrow evening

its just cranking over no backfiring or anything

i havent checked fuel pressure but it has a 255 walbro on it with a brand new fuel filter (when i replaced the fuel filter i didnt crank it down as hard as possible and when i tried turning it over fuel was spraying out so im certain im getting good pressure

oh and by the way it did not run when i got it i traded my wrecked jeep for it LOL

is the cas timed right and not 180 degrees off? you will get spark and fuel, but the fuel timing won't be right at all.

im not sure if its correct or not.... i have tried it in different positions though and still the same result

whats a good way to time the CAS to pinpoint its proper position?

***update***

i pulled the CAS and flipped the key put it back in and turned it all the way one way then the middle and then all the way the other direction still nothing....

while messing with the CAS i took off the intake pipe (charge pipe i think?) and noticed there was like a cloud of what smelt like fuel coming out of the I/M by the throttle body

eclipticalgs - i checked all the fuses inside the car and replaced the 3 fuses on the positive battery cable (MPI IGN) but yeah good idea this car just doesnt want to run LOL

dsm - yeah i have one 3IN I/C pipe running to the intake manifold and the other to the turbo and i have the MAF with 3 IN pipe going to the turbo inlet

You really need to get compression numbers....im almost positive the issues will become apparent. If u say u have fuel and spark u may have a compression issue. Are you sure u have a good ECU?

tally - photos are almost ready to post up

TJ - i know i cant get a dam ride to town LOL hopefully this evening i will get out there to get the compression tester also the only way i know my ecu is ok is because the CEL comes on for 5 seconds then goes off but other then that thats my only test i havent had a chance to swap it out no one has one to do so
