Anyone have the schematics for a 90 EPROM ECU??

I need to replace the little ceramic cap located at C14, but theres no part # on it. I thought id try to look at the schematics and see if i could get a cross reference part #. If anyone has one somewhere , it would be great if you could shoot it my way or let me know what the part # is...thanks

vfaq does not have the part # for the smaller ceramic caps.....they only have the numbers for the larger leaking capacitors....

Factory secrets, we are not worthy. I've not found anything about the factory schematics anywhere. I can't even find a write-up on the stereo system.

Hey now, that's unfair! My 99 when it was new came with 50 pages of stereo write-up in the owner's manual. It even has schematics - you know pictures of every radio faceplate infinity puts in DSMs with numbers on every button/display telling you it's a button/display. There must be 20 variations - that is, every one except the one that came in my car! :laugh:

Yes, the variation in DSM radios is pretty astounding. So far, I've found three designations on the cassette door for the Infinity CD/Radio/Tape head unit: W079, W032, and E026- with no apparent difference between them. But output? Ohm rating for the speakers? the damned pin out for the DIN cables? Nowhere. And there's at least 6 other radios I've run across that were used.

I have schematics, C14 should be a .1 microfarad ceramic.You can solder a new non SMT one across the two board vias about 3/4 of an inch away, towards the connector.

BTW for others reading this, on the 91+ ECUs that same cap is a .01 uF
